Our lobster rolls are made with 100% real lobster and no filler. We serve both warm Connecticut-style lobster rolls with butter-poached lobster and cold Maine-style lobster rolls with our third-generation family recipe lobster salad. Both are served on grilled split-top buns with house-made chips or fries. Sweet lobster, grilled buns, real butter, and no shortcuts.
